4 points for a game win, 2 for a game draw, 1 point fo each quad win. Points are accumulated from game wins and quad wins. This will determine: gold and silver medallions in each grade for 6aside, gold and silver medallions in each grade for 7 aside, and a TOTAL accumulation of points over both 6 and 7aside will determine the overall shield winner of each grade. In the event that the Australian and New Zealand teams in the same grade have an equal total point accumulation at the conclusion of the tournament, the winner of the shiled shall be the team that has teh better total points differential (i.e. points for divided by points against).
